This is not a Map Viewer issue. The web map has this pop-up font configuration published by ArcGIS Pro. The missing font is not written out, and Map Viewer is honoring what was added to the map. "{WARDNAME}

Workaround
Remove the other font and highlight the same field name to apply a color.
