Pop-ups for the output of the Count Overlapping Features geoprocessing tool only displays a text as {Notes}, and all other attribute information is absent.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
Right-click the feature layer containing the overlap count > Configure pop-ups > click on the Fields to add them. The pop-ups will show the attribute data within the added fields.
