Pop-ups enabled in an Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Map Service (WMS) service in ArcGIS Online does not display the pop-up header in Map Viewer Classic.

This issue is not reproducible in Map Viewer.Workaround
- In ArcGIS Online, click the Map tab > Add > Add Layer from web.
- Under What type of data are you referencing?, select A WMS OGC Web Service.
- Paste the following URL: https://geo.weather.gc.ca/geomet-beta?sld_version=1.1.0&layer=ALERTS&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities
- Add the item to ArcGIS Online.
- Expand MSC GeoMet — GeoMet-Weather 2.12.5 (beta), click the 3 dots under Weather Alerts [Experimental], and Enable pop-ups.
- Save map, and open it in a new Map Viewer: https://ess.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=3967a65e3a3546c79ad7745c6fc78672
- Click any feature on web map, and notice that the pop-up header is visible.
