Pop-ups do not load for a map service in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app when published using the Water Device utility network layer and the visibility of any of the fields is turned off before publishing.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps 24.1.3 or the soon to be released version 24.2 using the Water Device utility network layer and toggling off the visibility for a variety of different fields before publishing.
