Additional Information
Use 'view.popup.autoOpenEnabled = false' when opting to stop the click event propagation.Workaround
Setting 'view.popup.autoOpenEnabled = false' allows the pop-up to be displayed upon left-clicking. Refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-widgets-Popup.html#autoOpenEnabled.
