Pop-up configurations made to a hosted scene layer are not honoured while viewing the layer in Scene Viewer as a member with a custom role in ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information

This issue is not related to custom roles. It is caused by the feature layer not being shared to the same level as the scene layer. When the feature layer is not accessible the Scene Viewer will fallback to the popup baked into the scene layer. Updating the feature layer to the same access level as the scene layer will solve this issue.
