Poor performance is observed in ArcGIS Pro when a left outer join is performed on a file geodatabase, and the join field has an index on the left table but no index on the right table.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
- Create an index on the right-side table or drop the index on the left-side table before creating the view.
- Use a mobile (runtime) or SDE geodatabase.
