Polygon layers have incorrect ring ordering when downloading the layers as file geodatabases from ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub and resulting in missing or inconsistent labeling.

Additional Information
The original data for this case had invalid geometry. The export process doesn't repair existing invalid cases. To correct geometry problems, run the Repair Geometry tool on the feature class. For alternative ways to fix geometry problems, refer to the Check Geometry tool documentation.Workaround
- Add the hosted feature layer directly to ArcGIS Pro and run the Feature Class To Feature Class tool on the polygon layer to properly download the data to a file geodatabase with no geometry or labeling errors.
- Alternatively, if the hosted feature layer is downloaded as a file geodatabase from ArcGIS Online or an ArcGIS Hub site, run the Repair Geometry tool on the polygon layer to resolve the issue.
