Workaround
Workaround One:
- Open the Map Package in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x.
- Create a new file geodatabase and add the polygon feature to the file geodatabase (it was exported to a fresh layer by right-clicking 'Data' > 'Export Features').
- Once in the new file geodatabase, right-click the polygon feature and click 'Add to New' > 'Map'.
- Once added to the new map, right-click on the feature and click 'Symbology'.
- Once 'Symbology' is selected, select 'Unique Values' under primary symbology.
- For 'Field 1', choose "Suitability_Slope"; try to match the colors for the three symbol classes of 1, 5, and 10.
- Navigate to 'Share' > 'Web Layer'.
- Choose 'Map Image' under 'Copy all data' > 'Analyze'.
- Fix any errors if they pop up and then 'Publish'.
- Navigate to view the published item in Map Viewer.
Workaround Two:
- Open the Map Package in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x.
- Navigate to 'Share' > 'Web Layer'.
- Choose 'Map Image' under 'Copy all data' > 'Analyze'.
- Fix any errors that appear, and then 'Publish'.
- Change the symbology in Map Viewer itself. The features appear on the map after a while.
Workaround Three:
Publish as a feature. However, this may not be appropriate in workflows where a map service is required.
