Additional Information

The same issue occurs in ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online. Refer to BUG-000123406 (ArcGIS Server) and BUG-000123398 (ArcGIS Online).

Workaround

  • Use ArcGIS Pro.
  • Change the symbology in ArcGIS Online before using in Explorer for ArcGIS.
