Workaround
- Navigate to the Search window of the ArcMap interface, select ArcGIS Online from the drop-down list, and search for the Delete Fabric Records add-in.
- Install the Delete Fabric Records add-in.
- Use the ArcMap interface to enable the Delete Fabric Records add-in.
- Use the Delete Fabric Orphans tool to make a selection over the orphan fabric to be deleted.
