Workaround
To workaround the issue, if I do the following for:Domain_ID = 3325, Name = MD_POC, DomainCode = ZGW SG WP, DomainDescription = Zarzad Geografii Wojskowej Sztabu Generalnego Wojska PolskiegoI change the DomainDescription = Zarzad Geografii Wojskowej Sztabu Generalnego Wojska PolskiegoIt appears that PLTS GDB Builder on a Japanese OS does not like the 'a' in Zarzad. So I replace it with an English 'a'.NIM055096 has been fixed and released into PLTS for ArcGIS 9.3.1 Defense Service Pack 1 Patch 2Build 537.Patch2 for PLTS 9.3.1 Defense SP1 will contain already built empty TRD2.0 and TRD3.0 personal geodatabases. It will no longer be necessary for you to run GDB Builder with the MGCP_General_WDB_TRD2_0.xls and MGCP_General_WDB_TRD3_0.xls. The empty TRD2.0 and TRD3.0 personal geodatabases will be zipped up and located at <plts install location>\Defense\Mgcp\Schema\gdb.
