Additional Information
ArcGIS Desktop (including ArcGIS Engine and ArcObjects) is in mature support and will be retired March 1, 2026. Mature support means the end of functionality-based patches and hotfixes; therefore, this issue will not be addressed. There are no plans for future releases of ArcGIS Desktop, and it is recommended that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. Grant the permissions through the SQL Plus command line. The SELECT privileges must be granted on all relationship tables with the SQL statement:
- grant SELECT on segment_acteur to viewersig;…
OR
Use the change privileges toolbox and select all relationships items.
