Duplicate of NIM061746 - which is resolved in 10.0 SP2 and 10.1.

Workaround

Workaround provided in NIM061746 works (Grant ‘select’, ‘insert’, ‘update’ and ‘delete’ permissions to SDE_KANA user on each problematic table through ‘sdetable –o grant’ command)
