Performance issues with viewing pop-up windows for joined view layers created from left-join operation in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

Workaround

• Open the joined view layer in Map Viewer Classic to view the pop-ups.
• Create a joined view layer using an inner join.
• Create a joined feature layer using the Map Viewer Analysis Tools. However, this does not create a view layer.
• Export the joined view to the file geodatabase and republish. However, this does not create a view layer.
