Performance issues with loading values for repeated questions because ArcGIS Survey123 is trying to run the pulldata calculations when the field value is null.

No longer reproducible with 3.20.69.Workaround
It is determined that the root cause of the issue is the Tree_ID (ID δέντρου) question. When removing the calculation and giving it a default value such as 10066_1, the survey performs just fine.
Attached is an updated form (Performance_02928797) sent for use, as it improves the behavior. The changes are highlighted in green.
