Performance issue with EsriRuntimeQt::createGeodesicEllipse() while increasing ellipse diameter. The performance in Desktop computer is much slower compared to the Android device.

Additional Information

This is a known issue with 10.2.x, but is fixed in the Quartz release of ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt.
