Additional Information

Views created in a geodatabase using this tool do not support a forward slash (/) character within the view definition. For example, if there is a column in the create view definition that is based on an expression such as Population1990 / 10, then create the view using SQL tools. Refer to the following link: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/create-database-view.htm

Workaround

Run in ArcMap 10.7.
