Overwritten hosted feature layers in ArcGIS Online are not displaying new layers on the item details page or map, but the layers are present in the service URL.

Workaround

Add the service URL as an item intothe content page, or just publish all the needed layers at once. Essentially, a republish of everything if planning an overwrite.
