Workaround

Input the GeometryEngine.Instance.Project(shape.SpatialReference,OtherShape.SpatialReference) syntax when using a query to output the geometry object. 'shape' refers to the geometry object from the query, and 'OtherShape' refers to the geometry applied for the FilterGeometry in the SpatialQueryFilter object.
