Additional Information
The Coordinate System parameter is only used for a known input coordinate system. Most of the time, it is unknown, in which case leaving it blank is appropriate. In this case, if the output is correct, then the tool works as expected.Workaround
Import the 3D files with a defined projected coordinate system.
