Order of fields are not honored when querying a hosted feature service and using the orderByFields parameter in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 using the REST API.

Additional Information

The order of the fields in a JSON response is never guaranteed. The client's API can order the field or use key / value pair to get the data and display it as preferred.

Workaround

Query works successfully in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1.
