Tested on 10.1 final release. Cannot reproduce. Please upgrade to latest version.Workaround
A) Alter the registration of the spatial table to remove reference of spatial index via sde command line.B) Register the Oracle Spatial table with the geodatabase via ArcCatalog.C) Upgrade the ArcSDE geodatabase to a 9.3 or higher releaseSteps to Reproduce
