Optimized map service (MSD) capabilities enabled through ArcMap or ArcCatalog, are not listed in Server Manager under the Capabilities tab when editing the map service.

Additional Information
As of version 10.1, the Server Manager application built on the .NET Web ADF technology is no longer being developed or having issues fixed.Workaround
If the capabilities are enabled within Server Manager, they will remain listed in the map service properties from both Server Manager and ArcMap or ArcCatalog. This can also be avoided if an MXD is published instead of an MSD.Steps to Reproduce
