Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS creates a trust error, and crashes when creating an operation view with a web map containing a map service directly added from the web, that has an SSL enabled ArcGIS Server feature service secured using a Go Daddy CA certificate.

Add the service URL first as an item to ArcGIS Online My Content, then reference the item in the web map.
