Opening Keyhole Markup Language (KML) files in ArcGIS Earth or ArcGIS Pro that are created using the Layer To KML tool in ArcMap on a Windows 10 operating system with the German language causes the KML files to not display correctly.

The issue is not reproducible with ArcGIS Pro3.1 and with the KML files created in ArcGIS Pro. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.
