Opening en_CaseEvents_Cnt.mxd in ArcMap, with the Regional and Language Options on the computer set to either Azeri (Latin) or Azeri (Cyrillic), crashes ArcMap with the following error message: "ArcMap has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
