Additional Information

The issue is expected behavior in ArcGIS Field Maps. Formatting a date using the 'datePattern' property is not supported. Dates should be formatted using 'dateFormat', refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/documentation/common-data-types/format.htm.

Workaround

  1. Remove the pop-up for the layer, and save the web map.
  2. Open the map's JSON in ArcGIS Online Assistant and change the format of the date field from "datePattern": "MMMM d, y" to "dateFormat": "shortDateLongTime".
  3. Open pop-up configuration > Configure Attributes.
  4. Change the display format of the date field, and save the map.
