Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.8. Upgrade to a supported version of ArcGIS Pro.

Workaround

  • Manually define the field values in the duplicated feature template before publishing.
  • Upgrade to a newer version of ArcGIS Pro.
