Workaround
- Use Mozilla Firefox.
- Clear the browser cache or use an incognito or private browser.
- Use the 'View attachment' icon in Map Viewer or click on the attachment from the Data tab to open the attachment on a new tab.
- Right-click the attachment and click 'Save as'.
