Workaround

1. Start Editing from the open table a. Open the Attribute table (before editing) b. Start Editing from the attribute table using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + E2. Reload the table a. If you start editing and try to open the table and receive the “load records” error b. Use the Reload Cache command from the Options menu in the attribute table3. Sort the “unloaded table” and view those selected records a. after the “load records” error occurs, the table should be displayed with empty rows b. Double-click the “ObjectID” field to sort it, manually select a couple records and switch to selected view of the table c. Switch back to All View d. Click Reload Cache command on the table e. You might not be able to get the error to happen again, even after stopping editing/ restarting ArcMap
