Only partial text is displayed in the drop-down selection of the ArcGIS Survey123 question that has long string of text in its drop-down selection when the survey form is accessed in the browser of an iOS device.

Workaround
Insert the tag "<br>" between the long string (without the quotes) so the string is accommodated on the 2 lines when the survey is accessed in a browser on an iOS device.
