Additional Information

This is an expected behavior. These two solutions share the common WaterDistributionSystem feature service. When deployed in the same subscription by the same user, the second solution will make use of the WaterDistributionSystem feature service in the other and build the components from it. When a water system is mapped (including hydrants) then the hydrant inspection solution deploys, and inspection on the mapped hydrants is able to begin.

Workaround

  1. Deploy Water Distribution Data Management.
  2. Load data or create features for comparison purposes.
  3. Deploy Water Distribution Hydrant Inspections.
  4. Verify the usage of the existing WaterDistributionSystem layer.
  5. Deploy Water Distribution Hydrant Inspections again.
  6. Verify that this version (which should be in the folder Water Distribution Hydrant Inspection 1) has its own WaterDistributionSystem layer.
  7. Delete the version that shares the feature service.
