Once a group is populated in the ArcGIS Survey123 Organization templates setting, this field cannot be cleared.

Workaround

• If the configurations has not been saved, refreshing the page can clear the selection.
• Deleting the group will leave the field empty.
• Unchecking the 'Organization templates' selection box results in the expected behavior of not showing the group for organization templates.
