Bug
On Windows Vista, if accessing context sensitive help in a ArcGIS Desktop or ArcReader dialog box and clicking on an item, such as a label that context help is not provided, a Windows message appears saying that the file windows.hlp cannot be found. This makes it hard to access any context help because this message keeps reappearing.
