Bug
On the ArcGIS.com website, entries for hosted map services (i.e. tiled map services created by publishing a map service to ArcGIS Online from ArcGIS 10.1) do not have the option to add them into ArcGIS Desktop 10. Users will expect this option to be there because it is there for non-hosted map services (i.e. map services being served with ArcGIS Server).
