Bug
On certain touch-screen laptops, the Draw widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder draws additional, redundant circles in the center of the shape when using the circle feature. The behavior does not occur when using the touch-screen component of the device, but rather when using the trackpad or an external mouse to draw the shapes.
