Workaround

Refer to: <a href="http://resources.arcgis.com/content/kbase?fa=articleShow&d=33340" target="_blank">http://resources.arcgis.com/content/kbase?fa=articleShow&d=33340</a>.1. Navigate to Start > Run and type regedit2. For Version 10.0 navigate to, 'HKEY_Current_User\Software\ESRI\Desktop10.0\ArcMap\' or for previous versions navigate to 'HKEY_Current_User\Software\ESRI\ArcMap\' 3. Right-click the folder 'PropertySheets' and rename to 'PropertySheetsOld'.4. Exit the Registry Editor and restart ArcMap.
