Odd behavior occurs when viewing a survey in the web form for a survey published from ArcGIS Survey123 Connect using the grid appearance, including questions with a relevant expression, and containing a repeat with an initial repeat count of 0.

Additional Information

This issue is observed because `field-list` is set on the group. This alone `field-list` does nothing to this survey and can be removed. Once `field-list` is removed, the web app works properly.

Workaround

Remove `field-list` set on groups in .xlsx. This `field-list` is not used correctly.
