Null values are displayed after running the Make Query Table (Data Management) tool when the fields are selected from the Make Query Table pane.

Workaround

Drop the qualification from each of the field names. For example, dbo.standalonetable.idtest is changed to idtest and dbo.standalonetable.textfield is changed to textfield. Then, run the Make Query Table tool using the fields. The output table includes values instead of <Null>.
