Not able to see 'configure pop-up' or 'open attribute table' options for map service's feature layers with a custom layer ID in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition).

Workaround

Add particular feature layers with unique Layer IDs while creating a webmap in ArcGIS Online, and there are options 'configure pop-up' and 'open attribute table' in Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS.(Example: <a href="http://csslsystem-256.cybertech.com/taruna01/rest/services/LayerList_CustomID/MapServer/0" target="_blank">http://csslsystem-256.cybertech.com/taruna01/rest/services/LayerList_CustomID/MapServer/0</a>)
