Bug
No result is drawn on the map when publishing a script tool to a stand-alone ArcGIS Server 10.9.1, adding to ArcGIS Online with stored credentials, and using it in a Geoprocessing widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.

This is currently expected, use the workaround given.Workaround
This works as expected when leaving the geoprocessing service as public in ArcGIS Server Manager before adding it as an item through URL to ArcGIS Online. This works as expected if the service remains secured, but the credentials are not stored with the service item, however this requires users to provide credentials each time the widget is used.
