No option to create cache manually on the server when overwriting a cached service with ArcGIS Pro.

Additional Information

By default, the web layer is to be cached manually, so an option is not needed. To build tiles after publishing, expand Estimate, click Build Tiles and click Calculate.

Workaround

Delete the existing cache before overwriting. The 'Cache manually on the server' option is only available when overwriting dynamic services.
