'No data' is prompted in the List widget in ArcGIS Dashboards after updating the hosted layer, which source is an XLSX file with the date column formatted as yyyy-mm-dd or dd-mm-yyyy.

This issue is not reproducible after ArcGIS Online June 2022 update.

Workaround

Select a date cell format for the date values in the XLSX sheet. The default is dd.mm.rrrr.
