No candidates appear in the Locate pane to search on specific fields for the polygon layer when the polygon feature layer is positioned at the bottom of the configured layer order in the Provider Settings view.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.Workaround
- Move the polygon feature layer to the top of the locate providers in the Provider Settings view.
- Use a newer version of ArcGIS Pro, such as ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or subsequent versions.
