Additional Information

Duplicate of: 'NIM042008: Attempting to update a set of objects where the user's schema does not have the ability to create the sde logfile tables...'

Workaround

Create the user's logfile tables or Use a pool of SDE logfiles owned by the ArcSDE administrator. Refer to KB articles: 36168 and 32161
