Additional Information

Duplicate of NIM065680: The sdetable.exe file crashes when trying to create a multiversioned view against a table.

Workaround

- Reinstall SDE 9.3.1 SP2 without the GUP. - Use ArcSDE 9.3.1 SP2 (3055) sdetable.exe to create the multi-versioned view within the geodatabase. (Only Works for a Direct connect).
