Duplicate of BUG-000120594. Nested repeats are not currently supported in the web app and there are existing bugs/enhancements for this issue. Support for nested repeats in the web app is an open enhancement issue which will be implemented in the future and resolve this bug.Workaround
Use the Survey123 for ArcGIS field app to submit results.Steps to Reproduce
