Workaround

The issue is occurring because the geocoded featureclass has Ms and Zs on it the "Load Locations" tool does not set the shape on the Origins/Destinations if the input points have Ms/Zs. This issue has been fixed in 9.2 (you can load locations from points with Ms and Zs which are just ignored)To workaround this problem:- Use Geoprocessing "Create Feature Class" to create a new feature class based on the geocoded results (make sure not to include Zs or Ms)- Use Geoprocessing "Copy Features" to move the geocoded points to the new class that doesn't have Ms or Zs- Use this new feature class to load your origins/stops
