Additional Information

This issue is marked as 'Known Limit' because the issue only exists on some Android devices/versions. We are planning to update the 'My Government Services' solution to use Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS. This replaces the current 'My Government Services' solution using the configurable JavaScript application. In the new version of the solution this issue does not exist on Android phones. The new version will be released in mid-June 2016.
